What are your delivery times?
Delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method and your location. For mainland Switzerland: Relay point delivery: within 24 to 48 business hours. Home delivery: within 48 business hours. For Europe: 3 to 4 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow its progress.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will do our best to process your request, but please note that an order that has already been shipped cannot be canceled. In this case, you may return the item after receiving it. What about shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process and depend on the destination and weight of your order. You can view the shipping costs before finalising your purchase.
Can i make an exchange?
We do not offer direct exchanges for returned items. Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued automatically. You can then place a new order if you wish to get a different item.
