All payments are processed in CHF.

What's your returns policy in simple terms?
Returns are at the customer's expense, so a refund or credit can be made, except for shipping costs.
We do not process exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, order your desired item online as soon as possible, then request a refund for the item that does not fit. The returned product must have its tag attached and be in new, perfect condition.
