1. Orders

A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. Please check your order details carefully.

2. Prices & Payment

Prices are in Swiss CHF.

Accepted payment methods: Twint, PayPal, Credit Card, Bank Transfer. 

Orders are processed after payment is received.

3. Shipping

Orders within Switzerland are about 2-5 business days,Europe about 5-12 business days and Worldwide about 10-25 business days depending the country.

Shipping costs depend on your location and are

shown at checkout. We try to ship worldwide.

4. Returns & Refunds

You can return products within 14 days of receipt. Contact us at info@saza-collection.com to initiate a return. Exchange is processed after we receive the items in original condition with Tag on it.

Return shipping costs are covered by customer / specified in policy.

5.Liability

SAZA is not liable for minor damages. Liability is limited to intent or gross negligence.
